• By sharing a score publicly, either through social media, in-game leaderboards, or any other public platform, users grant M&S Central the right to use, display, and aggregate that score as part of the rankings and leaderboards on our site. This use is non-exclusive and royalty-free.

• Important: We do not intend to share or publish any personal or private information. Users are encouraged to avoid including any such information (e.g., real names, contact details) when sharing scores publicly. If any private information is inadvertently included in a public submission, M&S Central will make reasonable efforts to remove or anonymize such data upon request.

• While M&S Central does not own the raw data from the games, the compilation, arrangement, and presentation of this data on our site is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. This means that while the underlying data belongs to Sega and Nintendo, the way it is displayed and organized on M&S Central is unique and owned by us.
